I did a home appraisal and the mortgage company said that the money was refundable once the loan closed the loan was declined. I'm trying to get my money back when I asked she said she look into it it has been over a week. I have try several attempts to contact the company both by telephone and text no one has replied also I request a copy of the appraisal. Resolution Sought I would just like my 545 dollars back and the copy of my appraisal which after all I paid for.

Money was not refunded for appraisal for a loan. Appraisal never happen and they have kept My money for the appraisal. Resolution Sought Return my money for the appraisal that I never received.
