Their website and their third party payment always crash at then end of the month when payments are due so you have to wait to pay till the next day and a late fee is required. This has happened several months in a row. If I pay a week or more in advance no issues. But wait a day or two before the bill is due and the website always has problems and can't find account information. Resolution Sought They need to invest more than 5 dollars into their payment plans and not gouge people for late fees.

I'm disabled. Tried to get help. Tried to set up an arrangement until I could get assistance. They shut me off and want to charge $1000 to turn it on when I've been a customer for a decade. Resolution Sought Don't gouge on a $1000 deposit especially those who are disabled
