My vehicle was illegally booted. The parking app didn't work. I also paid for the boot. I always park at this location with no issues. The tech that removed the boot also noticed the parking app didn't work. There were more that 7 car booted. I was eating dinner. The dispatch told me to email and request a refund. I have have pictures of the sign, receipt for boot that was paid. They tole me and other patrons since the app didn't work we would receive a refund due to this not being my fault. I emailed the company and they told me they would not assist me. This is unfair and unprofessional. The parking app doesn't work so you are getting $75.00per car. This is a scam. Resolution Sought Request a Refund.
