Empire paving and construction came out and looked at my house to look at the pool and install travertine tile. He didn't come back to work on the pool, but we still wanted to purchase the travertine tile From them and install it. They came back and looked at the job and we wrote them a check for $4250.00 for the tile when we needed the tile to be delivered they couldn't deliver it or didn't have it to give us so we had to order new tile from Nova tile company in Miami, Florida. Asked for a refund and we're getting the runaround. It's been almost a month and we are getting nowhere with this company. Wrote the check out April 12 of this year they deposited the check April 15 and when we requested the tile in June, they didn't have the tile to give so needless to say I don't understand why they're refusing to refund our money when they couldn't supply the tile when we needed it. The point of all this is that you purchased the tile they put your tile aside and deliver it when you need it. Resolution Sought Refund me the $4250 .00 that they've been holding onto since April 15th and it's my understanding that I purchased tile and I never received it.
