Purchased solar system not living up to expectations. First six no this was shorted out. System fails often and takes an extreme long time to get the company to respond. Very poor with resolve. Zero savings to date and in my third year with the system. Resolution Sought Add more panels as the agreement was both sides of the house to produce my need and an additional 15 to 20 percent at no cost. Refund my lost cost for no production and improper installation in the first place. And be responsive to customers needs. They should promptly return calls and emails. Very very dissatisfied.
