I got solar panels from them and now i need a inverter my solar panels are not working it has been about 1 month now an i am still waiting i seen alot of invereters online dont know if they are the one i need but i keep calling them and they say it has not come in yet i dont see how come it is taking so long how do they install new solar panels give me one of the new order panelsmor can i make them pay for my electric can you help me out he Resolution Sought Get me my new inverter like they said they would

Customer's inverter was swapped on April 6th, 2022. The reason for the delay in obtaining a replacement inverter was the inverter was faulty. We needed to process the warrantee through SolarEdge as this was not a result of our installation. Unfortunately, there was a backlog from SolarEdge in obtaining the specific make and model needed for this customers system. Once received we swapped the inverter in a timely fashion.
