They only gave me a partial refund after doing a crappy installation and leaving soot all over our house and putting our baseboards in backwards. They also promised an installation specialist and sent the same scrappy contractor who messed it up in the first place. Resolution Sought Full refund. I also called the corporate office to tell them to remove my email so I would stop getting their stupid ads. But the corporate office did not remove it.
