I ordered Emeril Southern Cooker on a 90 Day trial with a money back guarantee if not satisfied. ordered on 10/8/2022 and received on 10/14/2022. We were not pleased with it and I called on 11/09/2022 to request a refund and return label to return. I have packed the cooker. The said you have to pay the shipping to return and would not be refunded the shipping. the shipping cost was FedEx $190. 00 the cooker only cost $300.00. tried calling back the customer service number and couldn't get a live representative. the number is 973-287-5132 the order # is 2150S202241126013 . Resolution Sought To sent me a paid return label to ship it back and refund my money paid in the trail.
