Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I had a total of 11,000 deposited by social security and 5,000 of the funds was taking out my account , there was no transactions I did it was a full total of 5,000 taken out. I have sent plenty of emails and had plenty of chats it's been almost a year and I haven't received my returned funds yet. Resolution Sought 10,000

My unemployment from the State of Michigan deposited in my Empower account on 07/06/2021, I believe it was. Maybe the 7th... anyway, Empower froze my account! I hadn't even been able to use my card ONCE. For two weeks now I've been exchanging emails with them, sending them every piece of proof they requested to "verify" my identity. Then, after providing EVERYTHING they'd asked for at this point, they then asked me to screen shot my unemployment account showing every single payment I've ever received from unemployment. I am fed up this point. I feel they have taken this to extremes because I think this is their scam! Who knows how many other people they've done this to! I don't think they expected to do it to someone who COULD prove their identity and produce everything they requested. They STILL HAVE MY MONEY! And I was forced to show them every payment I've ever receive from unemployment. These people now have $808.26 of mine, my address, my phone number, my social security number, bank info, card info, a picture of me WITH my ID, my unemployment approval letter. The have everything PLUS all of my money. That they still will not release to me! Resolution Sought I want my money released!
