Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The app does not say their location or address this app hacked my bank account, routing number and account number and it's been withdrawing eight dollars every month since October 2023. I have email after email or they don't respond with the same response. Send info to stop the account and nothing ever happens. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and I want to press criminal charges
