please don't hire this company

This people make my life and my family horrible. This people came to check my air conditioner because the fan wasn't spinning n was really hot inside they came n said nothing is wrong your a/c is good I thought he was joking he left then call them back because I already paid them for the visit, then they said they were going to order the part ok 4days later a guy show up n what he did was take a picture of the a/c system I was so upset was 100 + degree n I have kids n older people ln home then more days pass of course me calling n calling them to fixed after exactly 21 days they show up with the part of course I call someone else the take same day to fix the problem. Well when the EMS air-conditioning people show up they start cussing to my son I was not home Said all the f words my son he's a minor so please don't hire this company they are soooo bad people unrespectful bad company. Stop lying and go out of business
