Gain some employees that do the job they are hired to do. Rent homes!

I've spent 2 weeks now trying to contact someone in the office and no one will return my calls after 7 messages. I've been dealing with a lady, Lisa on her personal phone but she continues to lie about decisions being made in regards to a rental I wanted to rent. She still continues to string me along and not tell me the truth.
