In the name of Allah ,the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. " Woe to those who give less than due , Who when they take a measure from people, take in full , But if they give by measure or by weight to them, they cause loss , Do they not think that they will be resurrected , For a tremendous Day , The Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the worlds " Great truth of God. Everything will be listed below based on my personal experience:- This agency did an unethical behavior with me, as I had agreed with them for a trip to America through them, and paid the trip costs in 4 installments, they made reservations for airline tickets, Disney, home and car rentals, and because of the pandemic of COVID-19 all flights and entertainment were canceled ,I asked them Doing the cancellation, and they told me that in the event of cancellation there will be penalties from the service providers, so I agreed in compliance with the laws and regulations ,but i asked them to make every effort to avoid the greatest amount of loss and they told me (sure you are our customer and we will act accordingly for your best), after a while they sent an email showing my account movement with them ,I surprised that they deducted approximately 30% of the value of what was paid ,all of this happened at the peak of COVID-19 pandemic !! they claimed in the e-mail that what has been deducted is penalties by service providers + their agency fees!? I tried with them to avoid the loss but without the slightest interest, so I told them to transfer the remainder of the amount to my account because of my full trust of them and as compliance with laws and regulations?! after that I contacted the airline company to refund my seats upgrade , the shocking surprise when they told me that all of my tickets were refunded without any penalties according to the civil aviation policy in light of COVID-19 pandemic?! So I sent an e-mail to the agency again and asked them for an explanation ,they did not reply to me, I even asked them for pictures of tax bills for payments and refunds , also they did not respond to me, finally I asked a friend from America to negotiate amicably with them and they told him that they would not refund any amounts and that I agreed and thanked them for transferring the rest of the amount?! and also they told another friend that there is a third party who deducted the penalties?! although they have CHETU Co. system for reservation which eliminating any existing of third party as per the attached post by CHETU Co.?! ,even that i sent an email to them directly as attached but with no respond?! after that i received 2 emails from Disney ,they confirmed that my tickets were refunded in full also?! All of the above happened with me and my friend too. Check Google review for more details. "In God we trust." This is the slogan of dealing in America, but unfortunately some people do not comply with it since mutual trust is missing in transactions,
