I got a car on 3/22/2022 I put ,$2000 down. I Had a Co-signer the Co-signer didn't sign the documents. I took the car back on 3/15/2022 @ 4:19pm the car service light is on the car was shaking while I has my foot on the break it was in drive going through a restaurant for a order in Albuquerque on Sunday. The back driver seat was rip and the cup holder was rip the interior light came off. The two front tires were wore out. The truck button wouldn't open the back. The car was dirty not Clean. They gave it to me dirty with mud. The headlights were face down. It was hard driving back in the dark. I repeatedly called told them that car isn't working right. They said there taking $300 for mileage and restocking fee. In the state of NM. I have 500 hundred miles or so 15 days to get my money back. The car is lemon. In the documents states I gave them the auto car place $5000 which I didn't isn't it a federal offense I never gave $5000 just a total of $2000 and I didn't agree $500 more They printed out a promising of $500 to them. All I had was $2000 from my income tax. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of $300 back I had the car on 3/11/2022. I gave it back on 3/15/2022 @ 4:19 pm

The only issues with the vehicle we had discussed to fix with the customer. The rest are cosmetic issues which we do not cover and are specified in the contract signed by Audrey. We waived $100 off the $200 fee on the day she returned the unit. Although we do not agree with the customer driving the vehicle for four days and adding 500+ miles to it, we agree to refund $271. (copies of signed documents by customer sent to BCA file).

Hello I'm responding back I would like the funds return back to me I had $2,000. For the down payment I would like half my funds back I returned the vehicle back it's a a lemon car a default car with a lot of problems in saying I have 15 days to get my full payment back.

As stated in the last response, Enchanted Auto has agreed to pay the remaining $271.00 of her deposit. Attached is the cancelled check for her refund in the amount of $1729.00, which adds up to her full refund of $2000. Again, we agree to return a check in the amount of $271.00. The vehicle is not a lemon car, Mrs. Audrey's complaints were cosmetic issues. We had agreed on replacing the tires on the following Monday before she drove off the premises because the vehicle was purchased after hours, and the shop was closed. She did a test drive and inspected the unit before purchase. When Mrs. Benally addressed her concerns, we did offer to schedule an appointment with our mechanics and she refused and a refund was issued. We would like to add that It is always in our best interest to keep our prices low to keep customers downpayment low and make our vehicles easier to qualify in. We do our best to provide quality customer service to everyone, and the return policy is always specified during the contracting process. Mrs. Audrey, if you were not satisfied with us, we apologize and hope you find the vehicle that better suits your needs. We wish you the best and have a blessed day.
