I have complained numerous times about my service appearing in other locations, illegal users on my wifi, and certain features of my service missing. The front desk clerk and boss ignore and refuse to even investigate. I plan to file legal charges as well. Resolution Sought Fix it because it's their job. I want my damn real service back and ant to the neighbors out.
