Resolution Sought
First, we ask ESP to complete the job! Make the solar panels work! We respectfully ask for $11892.22 for our troubles and hardship. Since we were forced into paying LAWP and Mosaic both at the same time; we've paid LAWP a total of $10,896.22. In addition, we are asking that Fabio Rodriguez's $500 sign on incentive bonus and Jaime's, ESP installation manager, $500 "appeasement bonus" should also be honored for $1000. Pain and suffering is not estimated nor included at this time.
