This company installed a solar system on our garage roof it started to leak we had a roofing inspector that they provided come to do an assessment we were told that the roof leak was caused by stud bolts being improperly installed which caused the leaks now this company is saying that they are will not honor our warranty even though there is a 10-year workmanship warranty with this company Resolution Sought I would really appreciate if they would honor their warranty and remove the panels and get the wood replaced that became rotten

March 10, 222, I signed papers for solar. Here it is august 31st and my Solar's are not hooked up and I am paying a large electric bill and a bill for solar panels. I feel they preyed upon me as I am 76 and now no one answers the phone or will give me a status. They wouldn't do this to a young person. Resolution Sought Either get my Solar's working or remove the useless panels on m roof. This is a scam against the elderly by ESD.
