Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I got Solar Panels install in my Property on my patio roof from Enerpower Company on January 2020. A moth later I started to pay for the System even though it wasn't working yet. Later on I found trough a phone from an employee Company that the Solars weren't getting permitting by the City because my patio didn't have a permit but I didn't know. Also they informed me that they need It to change my electric meter for a new one. When I confronted the Contractor who installed the Panels over the phone He said He will solve the Problem and get a permit with the City. In the meantime I was struggling to make payments for the Panels and also pay my LADWP bill. Finally after no seen anything been done, all my messages to the Contractor just tired of receiving false promises and nothing been solve I got in touch with a friend and He started talking to them on my behalf and I stop paying after 3 months because No services were been received. My friend got the Contract and some information but We didn't got all the paperwork and proper License from Enerpower and he talked to Supervisor at Enerpower finally and They offer to come out with a solution and assured they will come and talked to Me but They never did. We ( my friend and I) talk them to remove the Panels out of my Property but They never did . The last offered I got from them was to reposition Panels to main roof to get approved by the City and patch the holes in the patio but not work has been done and started to paying agai Resolution Sought Install the Solar Panels like they offer and patch holes on patio's roof and finally get the Inspection by the City and be done with it because I have been paying for Services I haven't receive and I have proof of all this with emails and They haven't fulfilled their Contract. Also they have to pay me $ 2000 dollars for All the trouble I have been trough to pay my LADWP and paying their Company too, and All the time I have wasted in phone calls, texts, emails. Is only fair they Compensate me .
