I ordered a used motor that they guarantee to run and drive sever parts was broke on the motor and I sent them several emails with zero response and after all the parts finally get installed the engine knocks. The only reason I used this company and because is said parts and labor warranty and now they won't honor it Resolution Sought To pay for the second motor and labor

I bought a motor that was supposed to have 70,000 miles it had over 200,000 and it was bad it was supposed to ship 7 to 14 days it took over a month while my truck was in the shop now they are telling me I can't get my money or a replacement because it was supposed to be installed 10 days after being at the shop but the reason my truck got pushed back Iis because of them taking so long to ship they say it took them so long because they were inspection buy that could not have been the case because the motor they ship had bad timing chain. Resolution Sought My truck fixed or a total refund.
