A moving contract was made for English moving and Hauling to move my items on 30 July 2021 at 2:30pm. I called Kevin the owner of English Moving and Hauling at 3:15pm and let him know I could no longer wait. I texted him and asked for my deposit of $100 back since he breached the contract by not showing up at the required destination at the contracted time. He refused to refund my deposit. Stated he never received the deposit and then said not to contact him again. He was paid through vendor and confirmed receipt via text message. Resolution Sought To give me a refund of my deposit.
