Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Never received order purchased...tried calling & e-mails multiple times no response. Same voicemail record message. Resolution Sought Full refund...probably I'm not the only one going thru this. SCAMMM!!!!

Please do tell us why you did not complaint to us first? This is your email so you must have access to it and therefor tried to email us correct? We have no record of any contact from you about your order. We will of course track down your order and find out where it is but we are perplexed as to why you have not contacted us at all about this issue. If you tried to call the order line (for new orders only) then you would have heard on that same line that email is the best option and we respond within 24 hours. We did refund the order to put the nonsense to rest. The order was also pulled from delivery since we do not offer or continue to offer our services or product line to customers who do not even contact us if there is an issue and instead complain to a third party which has no bearing on...well anything.
