I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2022. I ended up on this guys Food Healing website and ordered some supplements for my condition. He tried to talk me into doing a distant coaching program with him. He was going to start out at $1500 and sent me a contract and it was way more than anything I wanted to do with my condition as it is. I sent him $700 per Bank of America Zelle through my father's business account until I could figure out what was going on. He and I spoke on the phone and I told him that that was way too much for me to get involved in right now having other health issues as well. He and I both agreed that he would send the $700 back to my fathers account. I sent the money on April 27, 2022 and a day or two later we spoke and he supposed to send the money back. I took him for his word and trusted him and got involved Im taking care of me and my health condition. It wasn't till several months later I realized I needed to check the account and see if he sent the money. Which I found out that he did not. This started in July 2022 I have spoke with him a time or two about sending the money back I've sent him multiple emails and multiple text messages and now he's choosing not to respond to any of my request after he repeatedly told me he was gonna send the money back. I also mentioned to him that my father is on a fixed income and is elderly and this came out of his account. Also I'm dealing with breast cancer and other health conditions Resolution Sought Send my father $700 back like we agreed to
