Purchased a solar system from Enphase (877-797-4743) which is under warranty The system is located in NJ. The problem is their original sale/ installation company has gone at of business and I have not been able to get service on this system for months from them. They have sent a list of installers but no one has replied , I have contacted Enphase for months for help. Resolution Sought Contact them to get a Enphase service tech to my home, what good is warranty without providing service techs in NJ.

I have been in contact with Mr. Lotito. We are currently working through the issue he is experiencing with devices needing replaced on his Enphase system. I am currently awaiting confirmation of a site visit from the company that installed his system to complete the swap of the defective unit.

They have responded and are trying to get someone to service my system but has not happened yet i have the replacement s andam waiting for update from Enphase Mr woods who has been working on my problem.
