Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Ordered an 18 volt Ryobi pole saw on October 11th 2024 from their Google website using my Visa debit card. Got a confirmation that the order was placed confirmation number 241-0 1-20 21-20 2995. Have not received the merchandise have not received any emails, have not heard from them. I called the number on their web page gave them my information and the lady asked me "what do you want me to do about it."I asked her if and when my son was going to get shipped and she hung up on me. Resolution Sought Would like the merchandise or if not a refund.
