Entergy removed meter to update, did not replace. I called they said to call back tomorrow. An elderly lady is in a hot apartment due to negligence from Entergy, she is displaced from hurricane has nowhere to go and no funds for a hotel. This is unacceptable. Resolution Sought Power needs to be restored ASAP.
