Hurricane Laura 2020 I lost everything including the trailer I was living in. I moved to baton-rouge-la and had lights with entergy. I moved out of that apartment paid my bill off in full. I had found a new apartment and entergy tells me I have a 1700 dollar utility bill from the old address in sulphur. The representative went further to say they estimated my bill in sulphur every month from August 2020 until November 2021. There is no structure...no building...no nothing on that lot for them to even estimate for. I call up there they tell me I have to pay. Why would I pay for something I didn't use ...there is nothing there but grass and dirt...not only did loose everything in Hurricane Laura but entergy took it upon themselves to estimate my bill for over a year..when in fact I had utilities with entergy in baton rouge louisiana from September 2020 until June of 2022. This is fraud and entergy needs to be handled for this. Resolution Sought To wipe my bill clean because I didn't run it up because there not nothing there on the lot I lost everything in Hurricane Laura of 2020 and they estimated a bill for more than a year knowing I had an account open with entergy in baton rouge louisiana

I had a water pipe burst on December 23,2020 were as I had to move out of my home. All my things were put in a Pod, and moved with my daughter temporarily. I didn't move back into the home until February 9,2021. During this time Entergy billed me for December 17,2020 to January 20, 2021 $ 253.21 and from January20, 2021 to February 19,2021 $ 148.50. During this time no one was in the home to use any electricity. Resolution Sought Make a decision for a bill adjustment. On the bill generated December 17,2020 to January 20,2021 ; I lived in the home 6days before I had to move. And the bill January 20,2021 to February 19,2021; I was back in my home 10 days. I need an adjustment done on both bills.
