Since 2 days before Thanksgiving my electricity has been shut off!! There is no way possible that the bill could have been $1,300 when mid Delta paid it off and September for $1947.00. In less than 2 mo. In Oct. 2021, the bill was $240, I paid $175. In Nov. 2021 it was $250, I paid $125, so how did my elec get turned off 2 days before Thanksgiving??? I've called several times and after 3 hrs of repeating myself over and over, I ask to speak to a supervisor and click, I get hung up on! About 1mo later, I try again, and again same results, but wait, it not only happens 2 but a 3 time a few weeks later. I have 3 different witnesses who heard the the conversations. Resolution Sought Turn out power ON!!!

Basically I was told by two different agents that I was current with my bill and then within a week I received a disconnect nothing. I called for the third time and they told me that I needed to pay 370 by the 24th of February..I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and they would not allow me to and the customer service rep had an absolute horrible attitude.. her name was Shandra..I've planned my bills out for the month according to what was told to me by 2 other agents and now this happens and it's absolutely ridiculous. Resolution Sought I desire more time to pay my bill because of incorrect information being told on two separate occasions
