Someone turned on lights in my name without my permission. According to the rules, you are to call the person to get permission. Nobody called me or did you call the number of the woman who stole my identity. You didn't call me the number on my account. Do you just take people word that they are telling the truth. I think you should go after Marquita Shelton , Glenda or jabria or anyone else who lives at that address and leave me out of it. This your mistake, you fix it, it shouldn't be my responsibility to fix Your mistake. Thank you and I know that I am right. Your customer service also hung up on me twice when they had no answer for your mistake and I repeat your mistake. Resolution Sought Take this off my credit, take this bill off my account, don't tell me I have to set up payments to get my lights turned on because of your mistake.
