Hello two or three weeks ago now my sister in law helped me pay our light bill till husband got his check anyway. She went thru energy on line to pay 210.55 through the bill matrix on energy web site got conformation number and all like suppose to well 2 or 3 weeks later I get a disconnect on my bill said that they never got the payment and that account was closed or something and charged me extra 40.00 plus the bill cause of this. I have tried call energy said they would investigate or whatever they do and they said the conformation number wasn't right no record or anything my sister n law checked her account and the amount came out of her account but energy said they didn't get nothing I've tried multiple times with taking and email from energy and they act like they can't find or do anything I probably got scammed well I lost 240.00 too that I cannot afford and they act like just OH WELL. My friend an elderly lady a week after this happen to me had the same thi g happen to her. Idk what you can do but energy says they have had problems with Bill matrix well why do they still have it on the website if having so much trouble with it anything you may can do to help on this matter will greatly be appreciated hate for others to have go thru what I have trying find out what happened. Resolution Sought My money back would be nice but if people depend on website to pay bills please don't leave something on there if you know having problems with in first place. Things are hard enough these days without big companies acting like oh well you got scammed.

Trying to get service on for the past two days but Enetergy of Arkansas ,keep telling us that the verification department will contact us in order to turn on the power. Well they haven't returned a call yet and it's been two days with no power. I Need someone to intervene because it's hot and I need the power on asap! Resolution Sought Call so I can get power turned on.
