I'm a single mother struggling to raise my little kid, every month I receive ridiculous bills from Entergy, I live in a trailer home, I don't have TVs or computer or use any electronics, ECT. Last year I received a bill for 857.00 this is killing me, I moved from New Orleans for the high cost of living and I end up paying so much more ! I need somebody help me with my problem . Thank you. Resolution Sought Give me a refund and low my electric bill , is not fair , I used three light bulbs and my charger for my phone .

I was scammed from a company goes by the name ( pissed consumer ) that claims they was with (Entergy) and that wasn't I was making payments and they play like it when thru and took my money from my bill. I really need my money back!!! Resolution Sought I would like my money back
