I am an Entergy customer and have been dealing with power outages all summer. I wouldn't complain if it were the entire grid, but is just a portion of my neighborhood. You would think after this has been happening consistently Entergy would have the problem resolved. I have lost food , time, and sleep due to the lack of power. Too bad I can't choose my provider. Is it part of their business model to shut power down long enough so that ac equipment, freezers and refrigerators have to work overtime and use more energy than normal to keep up., thus making them more money? Horrible!! And not to mention you can never talk to a person, always automated. Resolution Sought Entergy reimburses me for my lost food or buy me a generator.

My fiancé was trying to get lights on the apartment he live at. But due to the information they needed he didn't have. But before that was stated to him they say he needed to pay 180.00 but he could pay 90.00. So, I use my debit card and told them it was a one time use of my card, After giving them the 90.00. that is when the told him since the apartment was in his son name he couldn't get the service. So, I told them please reimburse me my money back in my account. They said okay give it one or two working business working days. So when I called to inform them about the issue they kept hanging up on me. I'm asking for you to help resolve this matter on my behalf. Thanking you in advance.
