To whom it may concern, I'm praying through your position of authority that you can help me or leave me into the direction of some of someone that can help me. My name is Sikira Harris. I bought a 2021 ford transit wagon from enterprise car sales in Orland Park 9201 w. 159th street , Orland Hills IL 60487. August 12 for $44,000 finance at 51,000. two weeks later I had to take my vehicle to fire stone because when I put it in drive or park, it was jerking. Fire stone told me there was a code on there that they could not read. And that I had to take it to a Ford dealer. Upon taking it to Ford. I was told that I needed a brand new transmission. However, I reached out to Enterprise and they would not assist me in any help only told me that it was under warranty and I could not return it to them because it was after seven days. However, I just started a transportation service. Could you please help me with this because they won't take the car back. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of the car note and insurance payments.
