To prevent future customers from being lied to and stop this illegal action from happening

They where real friendly nice and helpful when it came to talking to me about the car but stated the only way the bank would let me finance the car is if I spent an extra $4000 dollars on the extended warranty and gap insurance through the dealership.

Very poor unfair business

I reserved a truck crew cab compatible to mine for I need a truck to do some jobs a month before I needed it at Enterprise car rental at west genesee street in Syracuse NY on 10/11/24 ! So i told them i wanted the one in their parking lot they said ok ! So we went to put the deposit down and they wouldn't take my Debit card for a deposit for my insurance would pay the 3 week rental and they handle all rentals for Farmers insurance !! So they made me take a GMC Terrain in its place and they took my Debit card for that !! Which is bull s*** I needed a truck that I reserved !! And the Terrain had less than a half tank of gas in it !! So I turned them in to the Better Business Bureau !! And a guy called me and didn't want to hear my story and said I want to get past this so he is trying to get me a truck and I haven't heard anything since !! He didn't even give me his name from Enterprise in West Genesee street Syracuse NY ! They ruined all of the work I was supposed to get done all of that week !! And then some !!
