I reserved a hotel under this business and when I realized this was not the correct address I called to ask if they could modify the correct address of the hotel and they couldn't. So therefore I had drive drive an hour out to the other location just to get there and upon check-in after getting comfortable to lay down for some rest my husband and I had an allergic reaction to the sheets. This was not a good experience. And then on top of that was told we had to pay a deposit versus where we were first at in NC we didn't have to pay a deposit if we were paying with a credit/debit card. This was the worst experience. Upon calling Tickets at work I was told I could not get my money back all sales were final and all I wanted was a simple modify to the reservation. This company is a scam I will never use this company again. Resolution Sought A refund if possible. If not a full refund, then at least half of the refund.

We apologize for what took place with this case. As a third party this booking is a final sale as the guest booked on their own a non-refundable hotel room. We reached out to the hotel to see if there were any complaints or concerns about their booking however, they did not disclose any. If the guest was approved for a refund from the initial hotel, can we please be provided with that approval documentation so that we can reach out to the hotel directly as all refunds are subject to the approval of the hotel.

I did speak with the hotel and they said they were more than happy to cancel the reservation however you all refuse to modify the reservation and refund me my money so we Traveled an hour to this hotel and still had a bad experience. But they said they could not issue a refund because it was not booked through there company tickets for works had to refund my money and you refuse I will never booked through this company again it was a waste of time and scam people out of their money.

I received an email stating ticketsatwork.com gives discount for employees at our job jackson county court house.... I decided to try the ticketsatwork.com thinking it was safe to order concert tickets through my job....I ordered 2 rod wave concert tickets for October 23,2023 .... Order # 33373974.... I followed instructions to download axs app and retrieve my tickets... Once I entered app... No order summary could be retrieved .. contact ticketsatwork.com at (407)393-5862 & also 1800-331-6483.... With the 407 number I contacted sitting outside of the concert to see if they can re send me my tickets or at least give me my tickets some way they had me on hold for over an hour and 30 minutes... Just to tell me there is nothing they can do.... So a refund request was sent and tickets at work stated it will take up to 72 hrs for a decision... I stated I didn't receive my tickets & you can rend me my tickets... I want a refund simple .... I contacted tickets at work Thursday 11-26-2023, no update on my refund... Friday 11-27-2023 still no update , this company couldn't let me know why they couldn't resend my tickets , what time did you send them the first time & other multiple times I requested my tickets to be retrieved..no one could help me get my tickets to the concert.... I check my email & at 6:00pm.... See a email from ticketsatwork.com stating I wasn't receiving my refund for tickets I purchased, but never received nor scanned any concert tickets... Resolution Sought Give me my refund .. I work hard for two days being disrespected because our society has no empathy or respect for others.. just so my daughter & I could go out and enjoy her first concert..... Ticketsatwork.com ruined a night for me and my daughter and I'm still out of $254.00 that is not easy just to spend with the inflation... I worked hard and saved that money to let my daughter experience her first concert.... $254.00 is not little money to me

We appreciate the opportunity to speak. The guest bought "Preferred Access" tickets which are vouchers that come from our trusted sellers. We reached out to the broker for a refund to advise the customer did not get the tickets but an email from Axis. The seller did show up the proof of transfer which a manager today sent to the guest. However, as a company that believes highly in customer service, we took a loss and refunded the customer in full and sent her a $50.00 TAW gift card as well due to the nature of her issue.
