I am filling a complaint against Gentrusted water restoration I move up in Port St. Lucie April 2019 the house was unfit really we turn on the faucet and there was a flood all over the kitchen we had a plumber to come out and look at it he advisers Asked to call a restoration water company which he knew very well need it molding to come out which he knows very well they came out looked at the place next thing I know the whole crew of the company was at my house Resolution Sought I would like for this company to come clean and tell the truth yes I signed papers but he supposed to get back with me after he contact the insurance company to make sure that they had that part of the house insured

Due to the stage the file is at we can not be in communication with the owner. This client signed the papers as she stated above to do work with Entrusted back in June of 2019. Every client that signs to do work with Entrusted through their desire to have their insurance company pay for the work signs a contract that states in the event the insurance company does not cover the work done the homeowner is financially responsible. Due to Ms. Louis signing the document, it is assumed she read the terms and conditions agreed if her insurance didn't pay she would be responsible. During the course of the work the homeowner found out that she in fact did NOT have coverage for the work performed and her insurance company did not pay for the work. To conclude, Ms. Louis signed a contract that laid out that she was desiring to pursue a route of payment for the work through her insurance company. This contract states if for whatever reason the insurance company doesn't pay for it she would be responsible. Ms. Louis signed the contract which would legally show she understood what was on the contract and contractually agreed to pay. This work has been completed since 2019 and is now with our collection department. Ms. Louis needs to render payment for services rendered that she contractually agreed to.
