Horribly rude instructor, will scam you out of your money

The instructor (Ms. Ace) was very rude to all students when I was there and even called one of my classmates dyslexic in front of the entire class when they didn't understand a question the first time she asked them. Her schedule was also very unclear and kept changing. Ms. Ace would get upset with students when they weren't able to make it to class after she completely switched our schedule. It made it impossible to keep a job while I was taking this class as she would switch class times the day before and not give any notice. Ms. Ace would also completely skip parts of our textbook she did not think were important, but I later found out were very important parts of the CNA license exam. She also claimed to charge one overall fee for the class that was paid at the beginning, but there was a ton of hidden fees for the required textbook for the class that only she sold.

I would like the company to be under investigation this is a big concern considering people taking this class is going to be working on someone life.

Instructor Ace has been playing favoritism towards Caucasian students. she has been violating personal information by handing out students driver license and home address as scratch paper. talking down to minorities in class single handed picking us out. discussing our financial pay to entire class making us do more work then those who are not minorities. will not allow us to take state exam or release our completion of the program unless we sign up for the exam with her. Threatening us that she will black list us in the healthcare field because she is highly known. Allows students who are failing to replace their grade with 100 just for showing up because she want her successes and number rates to be high. For CPR class all the had to do is show arm placement and they were allowed to pass along.
