I wasted 130$ here, but also they refused to fix what they messed up sat here 2 1/2 hrs for service on 1 toenail , then I make them aware of me sitting for over 2hrs they sayin I should've communicated better …WHEN I STATED MULTIPLE TIMES WHAT I NEEDED DONE? so instead of them applying service on me, the woman requested my daughter to come back, bc the male refused to do my daughter nails, so I goes to get my daughter , then get back for them to refuse service of MY DAUGHTER ?? was quick to call the police where the woman agreed to fix the problem until I drove all the way back and then state they were refusing service on my daughter whom just made 10 and that was her birthday nails …& in no way am I racist but I've seen several times them stop service to assist the person needing a quick fix , but being BLACK I WAITED LIKE I SAID THINKING THEY WERE GOIN TO DO SERVICE ON ME VS MY DAUGHTER LIKE WHAT WAS SAID TO ONLY GET TOLD THEY WOULD FIX HER NAILS. I don't recommend anyone of color going here, bc anytime I go I'm sitting from 9-2 if not later and never have a problem they make up they own prices for who they want bc if my daughter nails 40 my feet 50 and her brows 7-12$ how is it 130..nails ain't last 1 day and my toenail which was both shellac came off within 1 day of having I called the establishment where no one answered up until Wednesday. Resolution Sought I had requested partial payment but now I'm asking for my full payment due to law enforcement being involved.
