Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Received a debt collection bill from EOS CCA for DirecTV for equipment not returned from service between 12/2019-2/2020 at 26803 N 21st Dr Phx, AZ 85085. I have never had service with DirecTV. I called their customer service line and they don't show the account number provided by EOS as being opened or in my name. The address that they the service was for was rented by me in 2016-2017. My conclusion is that EOS accepted a debt dispute by a fraudulent company and did not verify it with DirecTV before trying to collect &930.32 from me. Resolution Sought EOS CCA to be investigated for trying to collect a fraudulent debt without verification. I want to know who really sent them the information about me and what info they have collected so I can know if my identity was stolen. I want this to not be submitted to the credit bureaus. I'm concerned that EOS is a fraudulent company. DirecTV needs to made aware that someone is submitting fraudulent claims in their name.I tried to get ahold of their identity theft department but closed due to covid.
