I pay BMG 358 to reopen my account with Epic this was done in around the I think the fifth of January here it is February the 13th and I haven't heard from these people. Resolution Sought Problem number one I would like my commission number two no one is sending me a receipt for the money I paid on my account to be reopened 3 I like to be respected as a person three I basically just need answers no one has contacted me.

Company states; Epic Games received the complaint you forwarded from Donna Lynn Thomas, which included a phone number and email address, but no other identifying information. After searching its records, Epic Games could not find any player accounts associated with the email address or phone number Ms. Thomas provided. Could you please be in touch with her and ask her to provide her Epic Games account information (such as her screen name, account number, and/or the email address associated with her account)? I also note that Ms. Thomas's complaint refers to having paid a third party to reactivate her Epic Games account. If Ms. Thomas had an account that was suspended for some reason (i.e., on suspicion of cheating or because the account showed signs of compromise), a third party could not have helped her regain access to the account—and certainly not for a fee. If you could please ask Ms. Thomas to provide more information about what she meant when she said she "pa[id] BMG 358 to reopen [her] account," that would be helpful. Thank you, and best regards,

My epic games account was recently accessed and email was changed without my authorization. I received text message giving me a security for a email change that I did not asked for. When I checked the account the name and email address had been changed. I tried to change everything back to how it was but was unable to. I reached out epic games account support and have been emailing them about everything that happen to see if they would help me. They asked for several items to show proof that I am the owner of the account and that the email currently on the account was not mine. I've been in contact with them for the past 4 days and they still refuse to acknowledge that I am the owner of the account. I have proof of purchase for everything on the account dating all the way back to the first purchase in 2018 and they still insist that they can't determine that I am the owner. The account ID is 3bafa0da3f1c4967bf1d8dcda92e3945 Resolution Sought Change the name and email on the account back to how it was before 01/20/2024.
