Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been living in Healy Heights apartments for the past seven years. I have an upstairs neighbor that is out of control. I cannot have one peaceful day here. I've complained for two years to the Healy Heights apartments and then they told me to start complaining to epic properties so this past summer, I have sent them more than 30 emails complain. I got a letter from my daughters doctor, because the noises so bad upstairs to my disabled daughter has seizures. I have asked them to move them out for another apartment. Nothing has been happening. I have more than 100 videos of the noise did they do upstairs . I would like to know what can I do next what should I be contacting since epic properties hasn't done anything about the situation Resolution Sought I want them to remove my upstairs neighbors. It should've been done years ago. No one should live like this not acceptable.
