I paid $1400 as a required down payment on June 24 to fix my porch. They didn't show up on Oct. 18 when it had been scheduled. After multiple calls to an answering machine, they called me back to say they were very busy. They did reschedule for Nov. 29 at 7:30 am and did not show up again. I've called to find out why and only get an answering 6 Resolution Sought I would like the work done in the next week. If that can't be done , I want my down payment back.

Company states: Epoxy Floor Experts was out to install Ms. Smith's floor on November 30th, 2021. The forms needed to stay on for 14 days for the material to cure. A guy went out to remove the forms and some of the material did not form properly. Sometimes this happens because there is no way of seeing it because of the forms. However, the gentleman that was out said the guy that did the job will be out to repair it. He has not been in her area and as of now he is not working because his mom is in the hospital not doing well. So he is spending the last few days with her. I will be scheduling her job within the next 2 weeks to do the repair.

They did not let me know why they did not show up to do the repairs and they do not answer their phone. Also,I was told by the installe6 the boards would only be in place for 1 week not 2

Company states; Directions with forms staying on and they were removed in 2 weeks. Her job is complete and paid for in full.
