Current resident of Cagan Crossing . Rental insurance, paid for the year. Copy given to management. This company was contracted by Cagan to insure compliance. They are charging me for non compliance. I called Allstate,sent numerous emails, visited office. E Premium is the interested party as per their request. I never contracted to do business with this company. I'm disabled due to a stroke. Uploaded,downloaded. Property Manager contacted. Charges still appear on my management rent account. They should not arbitrarily charge tenants. At the time of rental, this was not required. Resolution Sought Stop charging Tenants this bogus fee and stop trying to push this insurance company on us. I Paid for renters insurance for the year.
