I would like money back for this stay at this hotel because the electric was messed up . The hotel hot tub was broken. The hotel door were not secure. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my stay there.

Company states; The electric in the room is perfectly fine! The hot tub is not broken, room was totally remodeled about 3 years ago. This jacuzzi room we almost sale every day! The hotel door is 100% secured and automatic locks every day from 10pm to 6am. There is front desk attendant at the front desk 24 x 7 in direct view, 10 feet away. If hot tub was broken, why didn't they complain at the front desk. We could have changed their room. The guy from the room – roaming in the property without a shirt or T-shirt and did not want to listen to the front desk. Also, he kept smoking in near the front door, even though there is a sign for "No Smoking within 30 feet of door", violated our policies there. You can send third party inspection, if any thing is not working or broken, we will pay the fees for inspection. This customer Is making all different excuses to get money back!! Sorry for Dishonesty!! The customers stayed full night and checked out around 11am next morning. No refund will be given back to customer.

So first off when the told my husband to kindly put a shirt he did put a shirt and too smake we did go away from the door and u donhave pics to prove everything that was wrong after staying there both me and my husband did become very ill. I can provide pics and also they allow people to do whatever they want at that hotel and we did put I'm a complaint about a guy who was bothering me and my husband and they did nothing about it.
