Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Equiant was the bill serviced for Spinnaker Resorts a time share that my husband and I joined. Spinnaker sent our billing to another company when we fell behind on some payments. Equiant still has on our credit report that we owe them and will not issue a letter stating that they do not have our loan anymore and we do not owe them anything. I have made multiple calls trying to get this off my credit report because I am trying to get a mortgage and they refuse to help. Resolution Sought Remove the error from my credit report and send a letter saying they are no longer servicing my account.
