A solar system that does not work for me and the company does not respond to me with what they promised me, they only give me lies, I need help please Resolution Sought Have the system removed from my roof that was discussed with the person who signed the contract if you help me please in Spanish. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to respond and come to a resolution with the homeowner. The last correspondence we had with this homeowner was in June of this year. Customer was complaining that the system was not working, we reminded the customer that we gave him access to 24/7 monitoring and we logged on together over the phone. It was very clear that the system was working, but he turned off the system manually. His complaint was that the system was not giving him the amount of power that he thought it was going to give him. After doing some more research from the initial sale, the customer used 10,400 KW hours the previous year prior to the sale. The solar system provided is supposed to give him approximately 9,600-10,400 KW hours annually. We are noticing that he's having shading issues from trees in his backyard. We reached out numerous times and offered free tree trimming or complete removal at no cost to the customer. We are yet to hear back and so thankful that you can help us come to a resolution.

What they are saying is all lies. The discussion that I had with them was that the system was not working. They told me it was due to bad weather here in Texas that the system was not working. The next discussion was that I had to have more solar panels. Then I was told the system did not work at night. The next excuse was the trees, which they never once offered to trim for me they said it had not be done at my expense. Now there is damage to my roof and my insurance will not take responsibility because I installed solar panels. The system disconnected because of an electrical shortage and I don't have any way to communicate with anyone, the thief who did my contract disappeared. They also promised me $9000 on my tax return and that did not happen. I was also told you would remove the panels if I had to replace the roof which you refused stating the person who does that is no longer with the company. I was told to contact Felipe who was extremely rude and threatened to block me.
