1) Altaj enterprises shipper from-india,2) against our p.I. invoice ,dt/10/11/2020 export effected &product roman blinds & accessories -3) fedex-hawb #701801217107/dt/08th dec/2020 / door delivery c.A.usa/ by december 2020 4) got advance of us$-1160 only on 16th oct 2020. ,5) total value us$ 2340 + freight us$.733-6) buyer has not paid past 522 days. 7). Mr . Satyendra kumar & to his company name- era-81-inc- 66-cleary ct - 1501-sanfransisco-california-usa invoiced delivered @their door step, 8) & p.I. terms & conditions .. 9) product from the day & date buyer receive at c.A-usa, buyer can make what so ever claim/complaint with in 14 days by e.Mail to exporter. Otherwise exporter--altaj enterprises is not responsibility for any claim or complaint .10) buyer 207 -to-217-days not unpacked/not checked product of window curtains/motor mechanism functioning or not 11) past 522 days after using the product & without paying balance invoiced money, Buyer asking Altaj to take back the product by e-mail on 25th April 2022-claiming back advance after 441 days is unethical to business / era-81-inc given mental agony to altaj enterprises owner & to his son age 19 @india/ shipper is answerable for unpaid invoice money to reserve bank of india, punishable act.. Altaj enterprises claim of unpaid invoice money. $3073- less-adv- 1160= .As per ..Us$,1913 payable by- era-81-inc- ct-1501-s.F.-california- usa . Altajauthorise alliance to get claim asap Resolution Sought Altaj enterprises desired outcome is to pay the invoice amount due. Serious violation foreign exchange regulation act in rbi- india i must get $1913 to close the rbi violation thr our bank otherwise with rbi will treat altaj enterprises inability to collect the money from mr.Satyendra kumar-era-81-inc-94109--california- usa
