Eric Teele was paid in full for a signed agreement between myself and him on replacement of 3 skylights. He was replacing them prior to age and leaking damage. I received a business agreement in April signed for the work which did not take place till July or August of 2023. About a month or two after replacement of the skylights all three they began leaking once again. I reached out to Mr. Teele notifying him the skylights where leaking could you please come look at them to be fixed. He said he would be bye. That day came and he never checked them. The damage went from a concentrated area to when the skylights got replaced to now leaking down my interior walls? Once again I contacted Mr. Teele who suggested the wood he laid new skylights on was rotted? The day the skylights were insulated back in July 2023 I asked Mr. Teele if the wood was rotted causing the previous skylights to leak. He replied no the wood looked great. It's almost been a whole year Mr. Teele has not come and addressed the skylights he put in still leaking. And the damage has gotten worse. Resolution Sought Fix what I paid him original for, to stop my skylights from leaking. Or further address his deal in fixing the problem for almost half a year to know compromised skylights.
