3/30/25 placed an order for a handbag online with Eric Javit's website order #EJ187334 and was up charged for shipping with their special shipping. Since 3/31/25 FedEx tracking label made. And merchduse hasn't been sent. EJ says they've a delay, FedEx said they need to call for pickup or drop off at FedEx site. Emailed responseS from EJ have been with Francisco, the jest of her email "wait". I have written emails and phoned EJ. Resolution Sought Receive merchandise ordered and credited back some if not all of the cost due to the major inconvenience and amount of time I've expended. They shouldn't have charged my acct & placed a pending until merchadise shipped.
