On Nov 16th I ordered a leaf blower , they said it would be here on the 25th of Nov. I still have not gotten it. Here we are the 3rd of Dec. I want my money back or my leaf blower. Please help me get my money or leaf blower. Thank you. Resolution Sought Send me my money back now. Or send me my leaf blower. It was a gift for some. Please just send my money. Or the leaf blower today if not sooner. Christmas is not far a way.

This site advertised a yard sweeper for $48 and was listed as a sponsored seller on Google.com. I purchased the product on 10/26/2023 and received a confirmation page with my order number. The next day I received an email from baorgdservice@outlook.com that I they had not received payment. I replied and attached the confirmation page screenshot I took. They replied and said to disregard the other email as there was a delay on their end and payment was received. They also said I would receive a separate email once the item shipped with a tracking number. I received the email with the tracking number AM153257403CN and website to track it on https://www.17track.net/en on 10/30/2023. I checked the tracking number every few days since and it has been updating as I would expect. However, today 11/14/2023 when I checked I saw the status was set to delivered, yet I had no package on my porch or in front of my garage where packages are always left. I called my local US Post Office to check to see if the package was there. When I entered the tracking number I was given I was notified that that tracking number was delivered to Iceland on June 2023. I have started a claim with my credit card company but wanted to report this here as well to keep anyone else from getting scammed by this fraudulent company. Resolution Sought I do not believe there was ever a product to be shipped. They currently have a different model yard sweeper listed for the same price. They also have not replied to my emails. I am hoping my credit card company can get my money refunded.
