We called Erie out for a quote . It took 3 times before we got someone to come. A man showed up and then a girl named Abby showed up about a hour later. Our garage is packed with furniture because my boyfriend moved in about a yr ago so the man could not get in the attic to take pictures. But he did have pictures of wood and there is damage to our roof after him being up there. I cannot prove it though. The girl kept on about financing and dropped the price from 36 thousand down to 27,900. I kept telling her I would not make a decision that night but she kept on pushing. I will never do business with Erie. I called the market manager to complain and he didn't care. He even had the nerve to ask me when I was going to make a decision. Buyer beware if you have them come to give you a quote. Watch his every move, especially when he is on you roof. Resolution Sought This business needs to be honest and don't Bully people. I think they owe me an apology.
